For some reason I can't find the place...it's MARUYU (Maruyu).
I ordered food, so it looks like a good place for both meals.
It has a spicy aroma like lemon peel or lime.
It has a sourness that is typical of Yamahai, followed by a mellow rice flavor!
The sweetness is moderate and gives a hard-edged impression.
It has a nice sharp aftertaste.
A nice combination that soaks up the salty chicken hot pot.
