Fukuda O✕ Shoki O✕ Hayakawa is a joint brew from the three breweries of Fukuda, Shoki and Hayakawa. It has an old-fashioned sake-like aroma and flavor, and then a modern sweet and sour taste. This is a sake that is rather likeable.

Maybe 1000 check-ins! is at the local Toyoka.
I mean, I'm drinking Takaten at the first restaurant, so I don't have to stick to local sake, but, well, it's delicious.
There are a lot of things I haven't recorded, mainly sake from within the prefecture, but I've finally made it to the top of the list.
Toyooka is more of a brand for expanding sales channels, and the main local brand is Kamidori. Toyoka is a brand that is never out of place, so we recommend it, but we also encourage you to try Kamito.
(In addition, between Kamiwari and Takaten from the two Okaya breweries, Takaten is by far the most popular locally (but it is still a regular sake)).

I'll start with Kakoraku. It's not too sweet and has a good balance of acidity and umami. It doesn't have any impact, but it's a sake that you can keep drinking.
