Sake made with a combination of 1801 yeast and MK1 yeast.
The owner said when we drank it at Salad Kan in December, and Icoma-san also said the other day that Wakabisu wants to make a sake like Koshi🤔.
It's fruity, sweet and juicy, with a nice combination of berry and banana flavors. I can taste a bit of bitterness towards the end.
I thought the label was cute 😊.
