Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair (Nishinomiya Shrine). Shirataka. Gokujo Shirataka. It's easy to drink. I'm getting drunk 😸. The brewer's explanation: "Yamadanishiki" produced in Yoshikawa-cho, Hyogo Prefecture, a special A production area, is carefully selected and polished to a 50% polished rice ratio. The white rice is polished to 50% of its original polished ratio, and the rice is then mixed with our own "Miyamizu" water. This Daiginjo-junmai sake is slowly fermented at low temperature with our own miyamizu (miyamizu water). It has the full flavor and exquisite crispness that can only be achieved through the Namemoto method of brewing. It is one of Shirataka's best-selling sake that enhances the taste of food.

I'm exhausted. At the Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair at Nishinomiya Shrine, I get in line for Shirataka. The sake is delicious and tastes like sake. I am getting drunk and my upper eyelids are drooping. The brewer's explanation. The rice is polished to 60% of the highest grade of Yamada-Nishiki, which is the most suitable rice for sake brewing, It is a sake made from the oldest sake brewing method, using miyamizu, and fermented at a low temperature during the coldest season of the year. The mellow flavor is even more pronounced when warmed to lukewarm.

Purchased at Hanshin Department Store. The brewer recommends hot water heating. I don't like hot sake, but now that I'm older, I'm not sure if I can drink it... I'll have it cold today. The introduction says it's "an unpretentious, unassertive sake," and I agree. Today, I went fishing early in the morning and finished cooking the fish. The fisherman next to me gave me a horse mackerel for sashimi. I fried all the mackerel and was tired. The brewery had been in business since 1673, but was burnt to the ground in an air raid during World War II. Fukutoki Ujita, the 11th generation brewer, lost both his location and his fortune, but despite the hardships he faced, he was able to revive his business in the sake town of Fushimi with his love for sake as his springboard.

I bought it because it was on sale at a discount in the supermarket. I think I'll drink Ozeki, which has the trademark "one cup" to go with my cup of sake. It's a little dry and good for a chilled summer afternoon drink. I searched for "one cup" and found that it was bad, but I don't care. It would be better if it were more dry to my taste. I had it with daikon salad in accordance with Ozeki's description. Ozeki's explanation. Finished with a new three-stage brewing process The sharpness of the taste has been polished to give it a clean aftertaste with the umami of the rice. A dining table sake that can be matched with any food. We recommend enjoying it with slightly spicy and sour dishes (daikon radish salad, chicken with ponzu (vinegar), kimchi, etc.).

I chose this with the Sanfrecce Hiroshima exterior. It tastes sweet, but it's nice that it's a partial support fund for Sanfrecce Hiroshima! Reading the description, the brewery has a long history. It was founded in 1675 (Empo 3), which is 300 years ago! It's wonderful that they have been able to keep it alive. What is this app's "choose a group" thing? I'm curious about the "Cup Sake Club" that fits the bill perfectly... [Sake brewer's description]. This sake has a fine taste and a clean, refreshing taste. It is a sweet sake with a crisp finish.

Good evening, Mr. Cup Sake as a souvenir of your trip! I am a young person who started Sake-no-wa as a reminder, too, but I choose a group at random that seems to fit each check-in. Most of the time, it is a home drinking club, lol.

This is a Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) that we are proud of and have continued to brew since its establishment as the foundation of our brewery, focusing on the origin of sake. The label has been reissued in the style used until the beginning of the Showa period. It has a slightly sweet taste and a mild mouthfeel with the flavor of koji extracted to its fullest.
