I received a limited edition 2019 Tasake 🍶. I felt like I was drinking something pretty amazing, as I felt like it had matured in terms of further depth and the umami that lingers on the tongue, while still retaining its Tasake flavor. Tasake is delicious after all, and it is the strongest sake that tastes good anytime, whether it is laid down or fresh. 👨‍🦲 It seems to have been stored for 6 years in ice temperature storage and was only available in limited quantities. I hope I can drink it again.

Ona's first Shibori found at Izakaya Tatsu no Otoshigo. Fresh and rumney-like flavor? It's very drinkable, but it also goes down your throat. It's more like a refreshing summer sake than a first squeezed sake! Very tasty 🍶. Serve with oyster dashimaki (Japanese soup stock) 🦪.

Get Snowman after Red Dragonfly: ⛄️ This sake has the carbonation of a cloudy sake, but also has a dessert-like sweetness. It's easy to drink and tastes pretty good, but you have to drink it in small sips or you'll get drunk quickly. It was served with something sweet. Jozankei's Ryoroya is famous for its yakiniku (barbeque) but also has a wide variety of sake that you can order and enjoy. ♨️

Drunken Whale Shiboritate It was hard to get it in Hokkaido, so I finally bought it. I was able to enjoy not only the sharpness but also the beautiful freshly squeezed bubbles, which made me realize once again how good the price is! I want to drink it again this season! Sea bream from Sutou and 🐟!

I was caught by the words "super limited edition" and drank it. It's easy to drink and has a spiciness that hits you in the middle of the drinkability and goes down your throat well. I found myself drinking a lot of it 🍶. The zangi is also delicious!

Tasake's Autumn Sake 🍂. I opened a bottle of Tasake as a celebration at the inn where I stayed for my birthday, and I feel that the mellowness of autumn sake mixed with the freshness, sharpness, and sweetness of a freshly opened bottle makes it even easier to drink. I love rice wine so much! It tastes like I want to drink it forever 🍶.

I won a bottle of Jikin's Senbon Nishiki by lottery. Not only is it easy to drink, but it is so delicious that you can feel all the spiciness, sweetness, freshness, and smoothness. I think it's hard to find, but I definitely want to drink it again 🍶.

I was curious to buy it because I drank the raw Yamahai before. It doesn't have the same lameness as the raw one, but it still has the same sharpness and sweetness that lingers in the throat. It might be good with something salty.

It's hard to find such a fruity and pungent taste in a junmai sake! If junmai sake is this good, I wonder what will happen to ginjo and daiginjo! It seems that it is only sold at stores in the Kamikawa area, so I really want to buy some to take home! We had Junmai-shu at the cafe attached to the campground! It was delicious!

Fruity I never get tired of drinking it. Overall, I thought it was soft and a drink I would like to have on special occasions. It seems to go with everything, and while sake in general goes well with seafood and grilled dishes, I could enjoy a day without fruit, sweets, or entrées. I ended up having it with sashimi and it was too good 🍶🐟.

It's good! The taste of the raw sake was quite delicious, with the flavor and sharpness of the rice. I want to drink it again. It was fruity, light, and smooth, and I loved it. I'm going to find a place that sells it in Hokkaido.

I could taste the sweetness, but the astringency and the spiciness on the tongue were strong. Maybe it goes better with meat than seafood? I'd like to try it with yuzu kosho grilled chicken or something. I think it tastes better when it's cold. The photo is of the yuzu we ate together.

First Shinsei I like it so much because it tastes even better than the cleverness of reading "earth" in the name of "birthplace" 🍶. I was swept away by the wave of deliciousness, as if all the flavors from the entrance to the exit were poured into me all at once! I think it's more on the fruity side, but the sharpness that lingers on the tongue is definitely unique to sake! It tastes as if you could drink it forever without the need for a drink 🐌.

Sacred Only Bar We ordered a variety of drinks, but the most delicious was the Junmai Daiginjo, which is only available at this izakaya! It was quite easy to drink as it had both the sweetness and spiciness of a daiginjo without the corners! The orthodox Houou and the standard Junmai sake were also delicious 🍶. We were also impressed with the charcoal-grilled Tamba chicken, the returned bonito, and the delicious yuba (yuba) 🐟!

Collaboration sake between Kunimare and Hokkaido Coop Kunimare-like taste is a big word, but the best answer is that it is a sake that has both oaky and sweet taste in the mouth and the spiciness characteristic of comets 🍶. I think it goes well with anything but seafood and fried fish 🍣🐓.
