Sweet and sour, clear and light ✨. Warmed up, the umami becomes thicker 😋. Spiciness. Elegant taste. Muscat. Petit sizzle ✨ when you buy it and open it. When paired with bonito, the extra fruity flavor disappears and the freshness increases, making it easy to drink. Warmed to lukewarm (45 degrees and transferred to a choko), the flavor becomes thicker and richer.

The smell is pungent. When you take a sip, it feels like it's maturing. But it's unexpectedly crisp and clean 😲. Spiciness and acidity. It is easy to pair with food. Good at room temperature👍.
At 45 degrees, the sweetness increases and the rice-like flavor comes out, but it becomes a bit angular. 55 degrees, the angularity disappears and it becomes milder. The spiciness is also good👍.

The label on the back of the label "USE YOUR LIMITED LIVER FUNCTION" is a collaboration between Kagamiyama Shuzo and three liquor stores 🤣 It has a creamy aroma, a little bit of chocolate 🍫 and a little bit of spicy alcohol. Chestnut sweetness is also 🌰Iida Sake Store sells T-shirts with the logo "I can't afford to use my limited liver function for cheap sake. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea.

It is also good at room temperature. Best with salmon and salted kelp. Mild, with a good acidity and sweetness. The spiciness comes later. It's good to drink. Okanshitsu, more rice-like. It's sweet and delicious.
