Special Junmai 🍶Newly brewed ✨Yamada Nishiki🌾 from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture. Mellow ☺️, moderate acidity and sweetness. The taste is light but deep with a dry aftertaste. 1gou in a mug for 1 minute. The rice taste is more mellow and sweeter. More sweetness. 1 minute and 30 seconds and the temperature exceeds 60 degrees Celsius. More mellow. Pair it with soft fish cake from Iwaki and drink slowly 😋. Junmai Ginjo🍶34 ✨Bottle Enclosed Miyamanishiki🌾. Cold. A little matured, as it's only been brewed for about 2 years. The acidity is moderate. Deep flavor. It also has a bitter taste. Warmed to lukewarm, it has a mild sweetness. More umami. It's nice that the label says what dishes it's good with: ☺️34 was named after the toji (master brewer) 😅. Mikadomatsu (Teisho) from Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It is slightly thickened and aromatic. It is sweet but has a bitter taste and sharpness in the second half, making it a delicious sake on its own even if you do not pair it with a meal. ★★★☆☆☆☆

Junmai Ginjo🍶Super Shiboritate✨Unfiltered Raw Sweet and sour, clear and light ✨. Warmed up, the umami becomes thicker 😋. Spiciness. Elegant taste. Muscat. Petit sizzle ✨ when you buy it and open it. When paired with bonito, the extra fruity flavor disappears and the freshness increases, making it easy to drink.
