Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶Akaban Omachi from Okayama Prefecture🌾.
Tasted and purchased at Iida Sake Shop Gokuraku Kai 😆.
Solid and firm but not heavy 🤔. Quite yellowish green in color. A sense of maturity but no twitchy aroma 👍. Umami and acidity. Dry aftertaste. Goes well with Seijo Ishii's Hokkaido Takowasa.
Later, I had it warmed. Very tasty. Bitter chocolate 🍫. Mild rice soup. ☺️ No corners. More than a match for Itoyori sashimi. ❗️
