Sweet and sour dry ✨. White wine. Refreshing but also umami. Certainly muscat. The olive taste is 🫒a little bit hard to tell😅As the temperature rises, the acidity increases and the lactic acidity makes it light on the palate. Goes well with pork shabu-shabu and Japanese parsley pot 😋.
