I tasted and bought this in March at the "Kokurakukai" event at Iida Sake Shop in Shiki, Saitama. I let it sit for quite a while😅.
Mellow and quite dry. Well-balanced, good bite. It's good on the rocks 🧊, chilled, it becomes more sharp and delicious 😆. It also has a sweetness to it. Pair it with lettuce🥬 and pork shabu shabu🐖 and it's endless😋!
