Participated in the tasting of 5 sake breweries. First up was Kagamiyama from Saitama 🍶.
Kagamiyama×Iida Sake Shop collaboration sake😆 Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama ✨Lemon🍋, Citric Acid, Greffle. It was a sour and refreshing sake.
It's a limited edition sake for overseas 🍶I heard they are serving it in Hong Kong. Daiginjo Nama Sake ✨Dense and umami. It also has a strong sweetness. I wonder if this kind of thing is popular in Hong Kong 🤔.
Omachi🌾Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake✨ Well balanced and pleasant to drink. You can also feel the bubbles.
Junmai Super Limited Shiboritate✨ Slightly refreshing, dry, acidic. It's probably the easiest to pair with a meal.
