Junmai Ginjo🍶34 ✨Bottle Enclosed Miyamanishiki🌾.
Cold. A little matured, as it's only been brewed for about 2 years. The acidity is moderate. Deep flavor. It also has a bitter taste. Warmed to lukewarm, it has a mild sweetness. More umami. It's nice that the label says what dishes it's good with: ☺️34 was named after the toji (master brewer) 😅.
