Seems sweet from the pink packaging,
but it pulls off surprisingly moderately.
The texture is mild.
It has a rich aroma of rice and koji malt, with a hint of sourness.
Taste level 3.5/5 ちゃいるHiyoroshi of Wakakoma.
Wakakoma because Wakakoma is always Wakakoma. ちゃいるSake from Kagawa, heated because it was recommended to be heated.
It tastes martial...I want to take it seriously when I want to drink heated sake. There are not many sake breweries in Kagawa, so I wanted to try it. ちゃいるUnfiltered, unpasteurized, easy to drink (rhymes) くまっちゃ🍶🌾

Mai-bijin Tank no Soko Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu
I was talking with a staff member who was off duty but had come to drink and we were discussing the various types of sake from all over Japan. I was complimented on my taste for "acidity" and "sweetness". ペンギンブルーOh, maybe I don't like this scent. (There is a certain smell of Oyama.)
I thought it was a vegetable...,
Aromatic flavor like a poncake.
It is not sweet, but it has a firm flavor with a clean finish.
The texture is crisp with minerality.

After drinking saki at home, it may have felt quite refreshing 🫢 but I still like the taste! ペンギンブルーCalpis-type aroma.
Slightly vanilla-like aroma with a hint of vanilla.

Hanaboe Hazy Light Nigori Nama Sake
This is the first label I have seen of Hanaboe.
I was curious about it and the waiter who was tasting it earlier said "I think you'll like it" 😊.
Not too Hanaboe-ish? Clean sweetness and moderate acidity! くまっちゃ🍶🌾

From the color and name, I thought it would be a savory type, but it's not as savory as Hinotori, but tasty with a sour taste ☺️
