Suddenly appeared? Raifuku's Summer Sake, Vol. 2! SP seems to mean Summer Premium! Super nice and sweet, I liked it so much I drank 5 glasses at the store 🤤.
I love it, but be careful, it's not sharp enough to be a summer sake. I want it to be a regular Raifuku year-round sake 🥹✨.

I was talking with a staff member who was off duty but had come to drink and we were discussing the various types of sake from all over Japan. I was complimented on my taste for "acidity" and "sweetness".

Hanaboe Hazy Light Nigori Nama Sake
This is the first label I have seen of Hanaboe.
I was curious about it and the waiter who was tasting it earlier said "I think you'll like it" 😊.
Not too Hanaboe-ish? Clean sweetness and moderate acidity!

From the color and name, I thought it would be a savory type, but it's not as savory as Hinotori, but tasty with a sour taste ☺️

The entrance is clear and light,
The rice and grain-like milky aroma naturally swells up.
The aroma is citrus peel and pineapple-like sourness and fragrance.
It is unique, yet cohesive.
