Slaughterhouse is sparkling. 千葉の酒好きIt was schmoozy when I first opened it, but after a bit of time, it's not as schmoozy now. It is delicious though.
I remembered the brand name because it was so good when I drank it before.
I've never heard that the raw rice is gin-ginga before! 千葉の酒好きIt is a liqueur with Japanese sake. It's so good when you mix it with strong carbonated soda!
It's also good with milk!
They also sold peaches and grapes, so I thought I'd buy those too. 千葉の酒好きIt's easy to drink, with a nice, fresh smell of Ginjo and the slightly sweet flavor of Yamahai on the palate.
I'm looking forward to seeing what happens to the sweetness of the Yamahai when the Ginjo is lukewarmed.

This is the usual liquor store special sake.
