When I went to "Kuboyama Sake Brewery" to pick up Gakki Aizan, there was a Junmai Ginjo from Sairai, so p+.:. I bought it and found it in my fridge at home. I bought it and found it in the refrigerator at home.
Well, Sairai is delicious, so I don't care how many bottles I have.
So I opened the bottle 💛This aroma - it smells so good✨💛.
I wonder what it smells like? I can't remember.... I can't remember...maybe the beetle from Senkou 🤔.
It's a refreshing summery finish with a clean, moderate sweetness and a good amount of acidity.
