Today we have "Chiebijin Special Junmai Bizen Omachi" 🎶.
Aromatic aroma as soon as the bottle is opened 🧡.
The taste is very typical of Omachi with a firm flavor.
It has sweetness, but the acidity is much stronger than the sweetness. It is not so much refreshing as it is firm, which is probably only possible with Omachi.
Apparently, this sake has an alcohol content of 15%, but it seems to be a pure sake. It is amazing that it is 15% without any added water.
