It's a special junmai, but it tastes like a junmai ginjo 🧡.
Fruity taste like melon🍈 and pear🍐 🎶.
Not too sweet, refreshing sweetness, good balance with acidity and this freshness 🧡 Not too thin, not too thick, drinkable type 🧡.
I like the balance of the acidity and the refreshing taste.
