The sweetness is really moderate and refreshing 🧡It has a refreshing spring-like sweetness, so it will be easy to match with food 🧡 The aftertaste has just the right amount of sourness and bitterness to cut the sweetness quickly 🧡.
This natural flavor is typical for a sake brew 🧡.
This would go well with today's omelette (^-^) 🧡.
According to Kuboyama Brewery, this "Hiran" has recently become more well known and is selling fast🧡.
I wonder if they'll start reserving this one too. w

I think this was the third bottle of Hiraman? They were all delicious, so I'll be checking back regularly to see how many different kinds of Jiran I can find 🧡.
