On Monday, I went to a certain sushi restaurant for a consolation party with my business partner.
We had delicious sushi and sashimi, and drank sake that we brought with us!
This time, we brought in "Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo Natsu no Nama Shu" and "Toyo Bijin"!
We also drank "Tenbi" since it was available at the restaurant!
We also drank "Koshino-Kanme" in a blue bottle.
This "Toyo Bijin" was sweeter than I had imagined. The "Ryugasawa Summer Nama-zake" I brought with me had a refreshing sweetness, so I guess I felt it was too sweet by comparison.
In the end, my business partner seemed to prefer the lighter type and drank only a little of this Toyo Bijin, so I brought the rest home and drank it by myself 🧡.
It has a mild, full-bodied sweetness, and I personally felt it was "Oze no Yukidoke" type.

I should have bought it because I also like Ozeyuki 🥲.
