It's been a long time since I've seen Chiebijin, and it's "back" 🧡.
Chiebijin has a lot of refreshing sweetness, but this "Ura-Chiebijin" is also a refreshing sweetness rather than a refreshing sweetness 🧡I can hardly feel bitterness (*^^*), but the short description on the back makes me expect some aroma. But the aroma is almost non-existent, even in the bottle right after opening. Well, it is a delicious sake even without the aroma 🧡 Personally, I prefer the "Comet" from the beginning of the year 🧡.
