On Monday, I went to a certain sushi restaurant for a consolation party with my business partner.
We had delicious sushi and sashimi, and drank sake that we brought with us!
This time, we brought in "Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo Natsu no Nama Shu" and "Toyo Bijin"!
We also had a bottle of "Tenbi" at the restaurant, so we drank that as well!
The "Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo Nama-no-Nama-Shu" had a refreshing summery finish with a hint of sweetness, just the way I like it! Summer sake has just the right amount of sweetness! I like summer sake because it has a good amount of sweetness, a good amount of acidity, and an aftertaste that is crisp and easy to drink with a low alcohol content.
