Yesterday was the last day of April work🧡.
The results of my physical checkup came back, and I was relieved to see that my liver function (ALT, AST, γ-GTP), uric acid level, cholesterol, and blood pressure were all "A" (*^^*).
As GW starts tomorrow, I opened another bottle of sake today🧡.
This time it's my first time drinking Gakki mixed sake🎶!
The Koji rice and Kake rice are Yamadanishiki and the Yondan is Aizan.
It has the fruity taste that only Gakki can have, but it is a little sweeter, maybe because it has Aiyama in it? And I think there is a slight bitterness that lingers afterwards.
I'm going back to Yokohama for GW tomorrow, so I'll probably drink the other half in a week.
I wonder how it will taste?
