Expectations are at max 😋.
As the name "SNOW" suggests, it is nigori.
First, let's start with the supernatant.
Slightly yellowish.
Fresh, crisp, sweet aroma.
Oh, sweet and sour!
There is a tropical fruitiness, like pineapple.
Next, stirring.
Oh, this is also delicious!
More pineapple flavor. But it's not too sticky. Very juicy.

This is a gift from my wife's father.
This is my first Gazanryu. I wanted to try this sake.
The color is slightly whitish.
As soon as you open the lid, you can smell the gorgeous aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and calm.
The sweetness is followed by a feeling of alcohol in the nose. The aftertaste is also long.
It was delicious.

Shinmasa's zodiac sign label was available for purchase.
The zodiac sign label is an auspicious limited edition sake that is pressed from the end of the year, prayed for at the Taiheizan Miyoshi Shrine, hung with an ema (votive picture tablet), and shipped on New Year's Day. This year, it is named Isopokamui. It was named after the myth of the "rabbit god" in Ainu mythology.
The aroma is mild and the taste is easy to drink with a low alcohol content, clear and sweet-sour like a white wine. It is good to drink as a toast or appetizer.

Asahara Sake Brewery is famous for its Biwa Sasanami.
It tastes just like a Japanese sake.
