From the brewery of Sairai and Bunraku, Kitanishi Shuzo.
Expectations are at max 😋.
As the name "SNOW" suggests, it is nigori.
First, let's start with the supernatant.
Slightly yellowish.
Fresh, crisp, sweet aroma.
Oh, sweet and sour!
There is a tropical fruitiness, like pineapple.
Next, stirring.
Oh, this is also delicious!
More pineapple flavor. But it's not too sticky. Very juicy.
Oh, man, I probably should have brought back some AGEO LIGHT. I guess I'll have to wait until next season.
