It's been a while since I've had Tobiroki Black Label, but this is the first time I've had it in a No. 4 bottle.
When chilled, it has a gentle melon aroma and sweetness. In the latter half, as the temperature rises, the umami bitterness and umami astringency become stronger, and the umami spiciness lingers for a long time.
It is darker in every way than the Izumikawa Junmai Ginjo from the same brewery.
It has a very beautifully balanced umami, spicy, bitter, and astringent taste, with a rich umami mouthfeel.
