クラシック仙禽無垢2019✨生酛無濾過原酒 ドメーヌさくら山田錦🌾 2019から生酛造りになった無垢を2018と飲み比べ😆 2018は酸味、アルコール感が強め。メロン🍈セメダイン臭がちょっと強いかも。一方で2019は旨み、苦味が前面に。香りメロンだが、2018に比べて抑えめで食事に合わせやすい感じでした👍 サケラボトーキョー@十条 20190727
