Long time no see at the sake bar itoshi-sa.
I had my first autumn sake from Tedorigawa.
It smells like bananas on the palate 🍌.
It does not feel so dry, but has a rich flavor and fullness that is typical of autumn sake.
Is it a collaboration of dryness and richness with a sense of autumn leaves🍁?

Cosy Japanese restaurant.
First Sentori Akatombo Hiyoshi.
A solid autumn sake.
Muscat-like aroma, citrusy acidity, moist sweetness, hiyaoroshi-like body.
Delicious.
I drank it in the middle of a 10 sake pairing.

This restaurant is 5.500 yen for a course + 10 sake pairings (2.5 hours) if you enter before 6pm. The food is delicious.

The other day, after the dome, at the bar Itashashi.
The first drink was actually Sawaya Matsumoto Moriboshi.
I have not bought Sawaya Matsumoto myself since Mr. Hidetuhiko Matsumoto resigned as toji two years ago.
Sawaya Matsumoto is the new maker.
Taste has not dropped that much.
It has a gaseous and slightly dry taste, followed slowly by sweetness.
But it's a little thin. It's out of it.
I expect more sake from Hibi Sake Brewery. デューク澁澤⭐︎
After watching the Giants-Hanshin game at the dome, we went to "Sakeba Itoshi" in Gotanda.
Japanese food performance as usual.
Sake pairing course with 8 kinds of sake.
Hatsu Yonezuru.
It was fresh and gassy and fruity, as if it was freshly squeezed out of the bottle.
It is light and dry, perfect for Japanese food.

A drink at "Sakeba Itoshi" after strolling around Nakameguro Sakura🌸 last weekend.
Kamo Kanehide light nigori.
Freshly squeezed, the mild aroma opens up in the mouth.
It has the typical Kamo Kanehide acidity, gasiness, and slight sweetness.

Cherry blossoms are the best! We had a chance to see the cherry blossoms a little earlier since they are only a minute or two in bloom here 🌸. デューク澁澤⭐︎

We went to the bar Itashi-San in Gotanda.
The first bottle was my first Ibaraki.
It is brewed with cherry yeast by Raifuku Sake Brewery.
It has no aroma and a strong flavor.
Light and refreshing, but
Somewhat fruity.
I am looking forward to the marriage with Japanese food.
