A very refined sake. It has a nice mouthfeel. It is dry and has a nice sharpness. ❗️The momentary umami you feel in your mouth is also great. ❗️ The taste is very good.

Special Junmai Hiyahoroshi.
It has a nice, smooth taste. Aromatic. You can really taste the umami of the rice. The aftertaste is clean. Slightly bitter. Perfect as a food sake. It has a full-bodied taste. 👍️
