It is brewed at a sake brewery that has revived sake production after a 38-year absence, and I was curious about it because Yamanaka Sake Shop, which directly operates this store, has been promoting it recently.
This time it is junmai dry, but it is a very straight sake, light and sharp all the way through 🍶.

A very refined sake. It has a nice mouthfeel. It is dry and has a nice sharpness. ❗️The momentary umami you feel in your mouth is also great. ❗️ The taste is very good. フクちゃんSpecial Junmai Hiyahoroshi.
