This sake has a strong rice flavor typical of San'in sake, but with a moderate alcohol content of 13%, so you can feel the lightness of the sake. 🙆♂️

The sixth glass was Nabari's Takihitama, which I had wanted to try.
In contrast to Toyo Bijin, it was sharp and dry.
