あふぃおI've been indulging in a lot of Jikon lately!
This time it's the Jikin again 😋✨.
The aroma is subdued, with a sweet, gentle ginjo aroma reminiscent of muskmelon and white peaches.
It has an elegant fruitiness that will arouse your desire for sake 😆.
The taste is juicy and rich, with a rich rice flavor and sweetness that spreads in the mouth. The acidity that comes later balances it out. ☺️
It has a fresh feeling even though it is fire-roasted, and it has a lightness like orange liquor.
The bitterness is almost imperceptible, and the smooth, elegant aftertaste lingers...
As it gets to room temperature, the umami of rice and soft acidity harmonize, and it becomes more tender and gentle on the palate.

I've only had Mie Yamadanishiki once in the past, but I remember it as mild as Jikin-sama 😋.

It was indeed sweet and tasty, but the second half was mild for Jikin-sama 🤔.
It was like the sweet-ish flavor was expanding in the room temperature range 😋✨.

Off topic, but I recently bought a Lemacom freezer checker, and I guess it was a defective one, because my sake froze even though the setting was at its lowest 😭 (I didn't touch the quick-freeze button).
I came to Starbucks🍶 in Kawagoe to drink some Katsuma to ease my heartbreak, and to my surprise, there was only one bottle of Katsuma Junmai Ginjo!
I had no choice but to buy it!
I had to buy it!
It was exceptional!
It has a clear, clear flavor with no cloying taste and a smooth mouthfeel.
It's not too flashy, but elegant and well-balanced, a beautiful sake that I could drink every day and never get tired of it ✨.
When served cold, the taste of the rice is tight and balanced.
As it reaches room temperature, the rice flavor expands and the umami sweetness peaks 🥳.

I ordered this sake because I wanted to try it even though it is quite expensive at 1,300 yen for 60ml!
The aroma is more mellow and fruity than the Jikkomai we usually drink, and our expectations are high 😋.
When you put it in your mouth, the moderate sweetness and juiciness spread in your mouth, and the drinkability that goes well with food stands out!
This is delicious!
It is sweet and delicious, but not too sweet, with just the right balance between the moderate sweetness and the umami of the rice that gives it a boost!

The waitress recommended this 👀, saying, "We also have this 🐦🔥.
The clerk then proceeded to tell me, "It's a little tough on its own, so we recommend it with yogurt or ice cream 🍨. ❣️
Mmmm, they are good at their business😅.
However, I decided to take it, thinking that if I passed up this opportunity, there would be almost no chance of encountering it 😋.
The description on the can says "super concentrated nigori sake," but it's such a "sloppy porridge" that the rice grains are still there 🍚.
As the name "eat" implies, this is food 😆.
The porridge is topped with the usual sour and sweet flavors.
The sourness seems stronger than the "Drink Yonotori" and is more acidic 🤣.
It is just right to eat it with vanilla ice cream 🍨 to soften it up 😋.
When you swallow it at the end, you'll feel like it's a total Shinsei ✨.
It's really strange 🙄🙄.
It may not be to everyone's taste, but if you think of it as a prototype for the new "Shinsei bento", it's great 😎.
If you look closely, you can see that the item is labeled as sake and the process is described as kijoshu 👀.

The alcohol content is 10% 🍶 but I didn't feel the alcohol as much as I expected 🤔It's not really a sweet drink because it's a kijoshu but if you add sugar it will turn into something 😆. ヒロThank you Jay & Nobby 😊.

I've never had a "shizuku-tori" or "shizuku-shibori-style" sake before, but I was surprised at how easy it was to drink.

The taste is within the range of Sairai, so it's not a disappointment, but I think it's a little dryer than Sairai 🤔.

flos_lingua_estIt was a Fukkai nigori that I had enjoyed so much before, last time with Yamadanishiki and this time with a sake rice called Reihou. It was so good that I didn't want to miss it, so I bought it right after its release and let it sit for a while.
Hmmm? The aroma is sweeter than I expected. When you drink it, the harshness of the alcohol stands out... I drank it in a wine glass with the kink in it, but it's not easy to drink.
So, I transferred it to a katakuchi and then drank it at a leisurely pace with a boar's mouth, and it was quite tasty! It seems to go especially well with miso, and even miso ramen brings out the potential of the sake.
It is not sweeter than the aroma, and the model-like flow of the sake, with its sizzling mouthfeel, the umami and lactic acidity from the cloudiness, and the guttural bitterness that comes out at the end, gives us a sense of security.
The same may be true of other sakes, but the expression of sake can easily change depending on how it is drunk (sake cup, temperature, and food). Perhaps that is why we are so attracted to sake. ジェイ&ノビィHi flos_lingua_est 😃

There was a set of 3 different kinds of sake to compare, so that's what I would drink 😤.

This is the only liqueur. Red grape juice 🍇 is added. It is red in color and is grape juice 🍇 It has a strong sweet but subdued flavor. This guy is a definite liqueur🍇.

Rice🌾 flavor and a bitter aftertaste. A dry type that makes you mmmmmm. This is a genuine unmixed sake dry 👍❗️ nice dry 👍

Sweet deliciousness and the sweet aroma of unrefined sake. Smooth sweetness with a hint of creaminess and a mellow throat. I wonder if it's close to Romain 🤔.
Japan is supposed to have soft water worldwide, but I can't say I'm surprised ⁉️ that they can make a soft water-like mouthfeel sake in the US 😳.
In terms of sake, it's right in the middle of modern 🎯.

It's a thin nigori🤍 with a hint of rice🌾.
Sweetness is pale and soft on the tongue😚.
Feels super slightly carbonated, a bit like cider🫧.
The flavor lingers in the mouth and has a great aftertaste 😚.

It's sweet and sour every time, but it's clean, light sweetness and clear sourness 😚.
