I usually stock up and save them, but today I'm posting them while they're fresh in my mind 😆. The aroma is muscat-like? The aroma is muscat-like, with a hint of citrus and crispy nuances, like a summer sake 😌. The taste is mild and easy to drink with a crisp acidity that spreads in the mouth, yummy! I have tasted this acidity somewhere before 🤔. It's Senkou's Kabutomushi: ‼️ It is one of the most acidic COLORS, but it is easy to drink 🤔. Why is that? 🤔 It's great when served with cold tofu with lots of ginger 🥳. Sorry for the food 🙇‍♂️ But it's a great drink to drink in the daytime without a care in the world 🥰.

Shinmasa's hanpukai luxury special comparing Hinotori and Gennotori The menu says it's for professionals and has a strong taste. If you see something like that, you have no choice but to drink it. I'll start with the Gen-no-tori. The aroma is similar (or almost the same?) to the Yonotori. It has a sweet aroma like caramel and honey 🍯. The label on the back says that it is brewed entirely with brown rice except for the koji, which made me go "wow" 🥹. The taste is not particularly strong or peculiar, but has a sweet, melty texture like Yonotori, with a delicious caramel honey that spreads on the palate 😋. Next, I'll have the Hinotori. Oh? This one seems a little more peculiar...? 🤔 It's still the same sweet, melty, caramel honey, but it leaves a slight sour taste in your throat...? Both were wonderfully delicious drinks 😋✨.

Both are challenging sakes made with brown rice 🍶. ⚫︎Gen no tori It has sweetness, sourness and slight bitterness? I can feel the sweetness, sourness and slight bitterness 🤔. It is full-bodied, punchy and full-bodied. Seems to have less of the unique taste of brown rice🤔. ⚫︎ scarlet bird This one is also sweet and sour, but the acidity is a bit lighter. It is also full-bodied, but does not have the unique taste of brown rice. The waiter said "it has a strong peculiar taste," but both are easy to drink 🤗.

Eiko Fuji's Snake Eye🐍. Unusually(?) for Eikoufuji, it is a dry sake with a sake strength of +9. It is a dry sake with a sake strength of +9! It has a fresh aroma of white grapes and green apples, probably due to the wine yeast. It is just like a wine and looks delicious 🍷. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the clear acidity and dry sharpness, and the sweetness is moderate with astringency and bitterness following after. 🏃‍♂️ It is dry but mellow, so I think even people who don't like dry wine can enjoy it 😌.

Fukkai-san, who is often recommended but has never had a drink. The aroma is subtly fruity with a hint of muscat 🍇. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the beautiful acidity spreading quickly, accentuated by the tangy, slightly bubbly taste 😋. The sweetness and umami take center stage, with no bitterness or astringency, and a sharp, clean finish. It was the kind of sake I should have had earlier! We also ordered Nabe-sama's Shizuku Shibori, which was as delicious as ever!

Nanada Aiyama no Kata no Hiyoroshi Compared to Omachi, it has a soft aroma of Japanese fruits such as grapes, pomegranates, and loquats. The first sip is characterized by a soft, sweet and fleshy mouthfeel, rounder and mellower than OMACHI, with a mild acidity. It was the kind of sake that stands out more when drunk on its own. Omachi is a food sake, while Aizan is a sake to be savored slowly by itself. I think Aizan is the type of sake to be savored slowly on its own 🤔.

Hiyoroshi, the one from Oumachi by Shichida-san. I am an idiot who read "Shichiden" until a while ago 🥺. It has a sweet aroma of ripe bananas with a little crisp nuance and no peculiar smell. The first sip is characterized by the deep umami of rice and firm acidity, giving the impression of a medium to slightly dry taste 😋. It is rich but has a crisp aftertaste, and I was drinking it while thinking that it would definitely go well with the autumn taste of Akinatai fish 🐟.

Eikoufuji's Expensive and Delightful The king of sake rice, Yamada-Nishiki, is polished to 35%, and the passion and skill of the brewers come together to create this supreme daiginjo! Just from this description alone, you can already taste the deliciousness. I knew I had to try it, so I ordered it! The aroma of melon and fruits is gorgeous, and the mouthfeel is silky, delicate and smooth. The sweetness is natural and mellow, but the finish is balanced and crisp. Too good to be true, Sanctuary😋. It's a great sake that can be enjoyed on its own, or as a complement to a meal 🍶. I bought it because it was so good! I'm looking forward to drinking it (:3_ヽヽ)_

The last one is hiyaoroshi by Mizubasho. I could feel the delicious taste of the rice in the thick mouthfeel. ☺️ I don't think there was much acidity, and the finish was mellow 😌. I think it's not good to drink too much because they have all kinds of good sake 🥹. I'll be careful next time😇

When I asked for a recommendation, Nanaken's hiyaoroshi came up! It was a change from the autumn sake we had just had, with a light and refreshing taste, more like the umami of rice than sweetness and flavor! It tasted more like rice flavor 😋✨. Everyone loves AKABU's cold grated I always say that it has a tropical aroma, but I've had too many fruity drinks and my nose is stupid 😭. I can only say that it smells good when I'm drunk too much 😭. I remember that it has a mild and gentle sweetness on the palate 😋. First time for Nagatoro-san Nagatoro-san was recently at Starbucks ☕️ in Kawagoe for a tasting and sales event so that we could have it in our store! The aroma is fruity, with pineapple and tropical flavors wafting through the air 🤤. The taste is gorgeous and fruity, with a juicy fresh fruitiness that is delicious! The finish is clean and refreshing without being heavy ✨. I would buy this sake when I have an empty fridge 🍶.

There was a sparkler and a back-up sparkler drinking comparison, so we were very excited to try them! I was so excited that I had to try them! The sparkler has a lemon squash and citrus aroma, with a sweetness and sourness like that of a capsicum, and a crisp and refreshing impression. The back, Senkohana, is much less acidic and has a smooth sweetness that makes it a great drink. ☺️ As a lover of sweet and juicy, I preferred Ura-Senkohana!

AKABU, which I haven't had much to drink for some reason. We decided to have a Junmai Daiginjo from the UA collaboration 🍶. The ginjo aroma is juicy and reminds me of sweetness 😋. The taste is soft and clear with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity to make it easy to drink. I could also taste the umami of the rice and it was quite my favorite umami sake! I think I might like AKABU 🥳✨

This time, I drank a combination of yonotori & yonotori that I ate with gusto 🍶. We ordered the Yonotori first. I was told that vanilla ice cream and sweet potato with nuts would also go well together, so I ordered more 😋. I couldn't imagine what it would be like to eat yonotori, so I waited for it to come out! It looks like yogurt or porridge, or doburoku (a kind of concentrated drink) 😆. First, take a sip! It has a strong sour taste, but the sweetness of the rice comes out later! The taste is also strong, and the sweet sweet potato salad goes really well with it 🥳. I had some vanilla to refresh my palate, and then I decided to try the Yonotori and the Eating Yonotori together! Mmmm, the flavor of the yonotori was so strong that the flavor of the drink was lost 🥺. The waitress also seemed to have tried it and smiled and said, "It loses its taste, doesn't it lol"! You knew that 😭 But it's not every day you get a chance to pair such a precious sake, so it was a great experience ✨.

I had bought it before but was too lazy to drink it, so I decided to have it because I could drink it standing up! It is a very polished sake with a rice polishing ratio of 35%, the same as Ohmine's flagship 2-grain hi-iru Yamadanishiki 😌. The aroma is sweet with a hint of muscat, just like Ohmine! Like a much richer aroma than 3 grains 🤔. Now it's time to take a sip Oh! Eye-opening concentrated sweetness, a little sourness, and a clear aftertaste with no clutter! It's so good 🥳! Personally, this is the most well-balanced, yet rich sweetness I've ever tasted! It's impeccably delicious 🥰! I think this might be my favorite! I'm glad I splurged and bought it 😆.
