ちばさんI've been on a high Kudo ratio lately, but I found another one that caught my eye, so I bought it.
The clean and refreshing taste of the 30% polish is really good. I love this one too.
I never realized how different rice makes a difference. ちばさんThe dry Kamo Kanehide is also quite good.
However, I don't feel the summer feeling that much, and I like the usual regular Tokujun no 13 better. ちばさんThe label design is too striking and colorful.
Aizan's 33% is as tasty and clean with no clutter as I expected.

I can drink as much as I want. ちばさんI had to cut back a bit to prepare for my health checkup, but it went off without a hitch, so I opened a bottle of this one right away.

I didn't even know that you sell Kachikoma, so I was really surprised.
I would like to drink hiragana Kachikoma someday 🍶. ちばさんThe taste is a little dry, as if it were the usual sweet and fruity Kudokyuu, but it's still delicious.

I bought a bottle of this because it was a limited edition 😊.
I've been searching the past and it seems like I've been drinking it but I haven't 😅 it's been 3 years since I've had it.
The aroma is 🍈very nice 🍈, slight tingling, very fruity but with just the right amount of bitterness🙆.

The problem is how to store this bottle 😭
If I lay it down, if the cork comes off, the fridge 😭.

The liquor store we visited was holding a tasting event, and we decided to bring this sake with us after taking a sip 😋.
The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is clean and crisp, with a nice dryness.
It has a moderate spiciness and a slightly different taste from the previous Shichida, and one can sense the attention to detail of the toji (master brewer).
I don't know if this will become a regular item, but I hope it does 😍. バウムTonight is the first "Masumi" 🍶 in a while.
Speaking of Masumi, we have only had one dry bottle, but we opened the bottle with a new sake.
The aroma is subdued and the taste is mild 😊.
It's refreshing, not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right amount of mouthfeel 😋.
I later realized that the low alcohol content made it even more smooth and easy to drink 😋 It was a different saké from the Masumi saké I have had so far, and it was also delicious 😍.

After a successful day, we are getting back to normal operations, and we opened the first bottle of our
Yoshida Kurau" 🍶, the first in the series.
The aroma is subdued, and you can feel a slight petitiveness on the tongue.
The finish is clean and refreshing.
I've had Tetorigawa from the same brewery, but it's completely different ⁉️
It's unexpectedly refreshing and clean, and it keeps going and going and going.
It's like I say ❗️ every time I drink it 😅.

It is light, refreshing, and easy to drink, but has a strong umami flavor.
It has an interesting flavor that softly reveals the various expressions of Koueikiku. 
バウムTonight, I opened the bottle because I felt like I was being called from the fridge.
The first brand name in the series "Shizenigo".
I brought this bottle because it is from the brewery of the famous Masamune Instrument.
The aroma is not as spectacular as that of the instrumental.
One sip. It's a completely different thing from the instrumental 💦⁉️ It's not fruity, but rather clean and crisp.
The taste is a little spicy and acidic on the back of the palate, with a slight bite on the tongue.
It has a nice lingering aftertaste that waits for the next sip.
I don't know if it's my good luck or the sake's potential that I can taste such deliciousness even on the first sip...

It was held in extremely cold weather as if we were back in the middle of winter 🥶.
Finally, I finished my role and celebrated with a toast 🥂.
While I was thinking about what would be appropriate for the toast, my wife suggested Houou Mita as the best choice 🍶.
The wine cellar was full of wine and it was more like a white wine than a sake 😊.
I thought I knew how good Houou Mita was, but I realized once again how good it is.
This March, I had more opportunities to drink sake than usual due to a series of events 😱.
