バウムTonight is the first "Masumi" 🍶 in a while.
Speaking of Masumi, we have only had one dry bottle, but we opened the bottle with a new sake.
The aroma is subdued and the taste is mild 😊.
It's refreshing, not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right amount of mouthfeel 😋.
I later realized that the low alcohol content made it even more smooth and easy to drink 😋 It was a different saké from the Masumi saké I have had so far, and it was also delicious 😍.

After a successful day, we are getting back to normal operations, and we opened the first bottle of our
Yoshida Kurau" 🍶, the first in the series.
The aroma is subdued, and you can feel a slight petitiveness on the tongue.
The finish is clean and refreshing.
I've had Tetorigawa from the same brewery, but it's completely different ⁉️
It's unexpectedly refreshing and clean, and it keeps going and going and going.
It's like I say ❗️ every time I drink it 😅.
Empty bottle in no time💦.

It is light, refreshing, and easy to drink, but has a strong umami flavor.
It has an interesting flavor that softly reveals the various expressions of Koueikiku. 

バウムTonight, I opened the bottle because I felt like I was being called from the fridge.
The first brand name in the series "Shizenigo".
I brought this bottle because it is from the brewery of the famous Masamune Instrument.
The aroma is not as spectacular as that of the instrumental.
One sip. It's a completely different thing from the instrumental 💦⁉️ It's not fruity, but rather clean and crisp.
The taste is a little spicy and acidic on the back of the palate, with a slight bite on the tongue.
It has a nice lingering aftertaste that waits for the next sip.
I don't know if it's my good luck or the sake's potential that I can taste such deliciousness even on the first sip...

Today was my second daughter's degree conferment ceremony.
It was held in extremely cold weather as if we were back in the middle of winter 🥶.
Finally, I finished my role and celebrated with a toast 🥂.
While I was thinking about what would be appropriate for the toast, my wife suggested Houou Mita as the best choice 🍶.
The wine cellar was full of wine and it was more like a white wine than a sake 😊.
I thought I knew how good Houou Mita was, but I realized once again how good it is.
This March, I had more opportunities to drink sake than usual due to a series of events 😱.

It has a light mouthfeel with a light gassy feeling and a strong flavor. It's good. boukenI had a good impression of this sake after drinking it at a Gifu sake event last year.
Purchased at Takimoto where Nemuchi and I stopped by after the tasting at Okayama-san.
Slightly effervescent and fresh. Pineapple-like sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing. The acidity towards the end is nice 😋.
It is a sweet and fruity type of wine, but it is not heavy, so it can be enjoyed by everyone. ちばさんIncredibly inexpensive for 33% polished rice.
It is insanely beautiful, fresh, fruity-juicy, full of sweetness and umami, and has the fullness and complexity of Dewa Sanzan.
This is insanely delicious. ちばさんI found a brand I haven't encountered very often, so I gave it a try.
Anyway, the volume and power that comes with a gusto are amazing.
It has the smell of sake, but the umami and sharpness enveloped it.
I got drunk more quickly than usual when I heated it up. It's delicious. ちばさんIt tastes good and is cosy.
It is a safe repeat brand. ちばさんKamo Kanehide's Omachi, which has been on hebiripi recently, was on sale, so I got it.
It is a little high in alcohol content, so you can feel a little bit of alcohol, but it is a delicious one with the flavor of Omachi on it.

I bought it at Takimoto where I dropped by after Vinos and Yaichi main store.
Dry but juicy, not too sweet. It also has a slight minerality.
It has a grape and muscat-like taste. I have the impression that this is the latest trend in sake quality.
I felt it was less sweet than Hitogokochi, which I drank before.
