When I hear the name Yamasan, I remember Yamasan, 🥺. This is my first purchase since the opening of the distributor in Kansai. I bought it at Takimoto where I dropped by after Vinos and Yaichi main store. Dry but juicy, not too sweet. It also has a slight minerality. It has a grape and muscat-like taste. I have the impression that this is the latest trend in sake quality. I felt it was less sweet than Hitogokochi, which I drank before. The 4th picture: Sake lees soup made with Morinori's sake lees. The Machida Sake Brewery's sake was also delicious, but it tasted less sweet and more like a sake lees soup 😋. I think it got sweeter about 2 days after opening 🤔.

Good evening, bouken 😃. What do you remember when you hear the name "Mr. Mountain?" I asked him. Nobby said "Mashira no Yama san". As expected of a salmon spy 😁. Jay said "Mr. Yama from "Taiyo ni Hoeero" 😅I miss him so much 😌. I'm so nostalgic!

Hi bouken 🐦. Hope you are drinking well🥹. I see you got this one👍Oh, by the way, Yamae Nishiki was also less sweet 🙄. Sake with sake lees is better suited for non-fruity sake 🤔.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌆. The same word sense makes me remember it even though it's been many years 😅 You're Shigeru Doroguchi, aren't you? You played Baron in "Ears to Hear" 🐱.

Good evening, Ponchan 🌆. I wonder if they reincarnate and do it under another name 🤔🤣. There was also Yamae-nishiki, but I'm going to choose Kinmon-nishiki 😅 Machida's sake lees soup was delicious, but I still think Morinori is the best for sake lees soup 🤔.
