Fruity and clear.
I think this series is the sweetest of the Toyo Bijin series. It's cosy though.

口に含んだ甘みはあるけどさりげなく、スッと切れる後味。
辛すぎないけど辛口かなあ、筋肉質。
純米大吟醸として飲むと華やかさ足りないかも。
