Polished rice 55%.
The aroma of 🍏 with sweetness. It has a sweet taste. The aftertaste is spicy. It doesn't have the chattering sensation you often get with unpasteurized sake. You can drink this by itself.

Aroma of aluzoe. It is very thick and has the feeling of Oze. When it is cold, it is easy to drink. It is a little spicy when the temperature rises.
Rice polishing 60%.
Aroma with a hint of spiciness. When you drink it, it is dry and refreshing. As the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out more. This is a delicious Akatake.

Oh, it's Sharaku. Slightly sweet aroma.
The sweetness spreads softly. The length of the aftertaste is also just right. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's delicious!
Sake Mirai 50%.
Slightly cloudy. Slightly sweet aroma.
There is no chattering sensation typical of Jikin. It is slightly sweet with a tangy aftertaste.
When the temperature rises, the Jikin feeling gets stronger, but this is the best among the Jikin.
Seasonal. Almost no other information.
Aroma of 🍑 or 🍇. A little strong.
I can't drink it with too much alcohol... but I can drink it with tomato cheese.
Smells like ethanol. It tastes like that too.
I understand that it is a sweet taste, but I think this is no good. By the way, the sweet taste was higher than the one of "Hanayo-yoku".
Sweet 🍋 aroma.
The taste is refreshing and delicious.
I can drink it without hesitation. It's the cheapest of all the Denshu, but I still like to drink it sometimes😎.
The first drooping mouth in two months.
A little yellow in color. When I poured it, it was cloudy, but when I drank it, it was not so cloudy.
When the temperature rises, it is dry but smooth and delicious. I think the taste is getting thicker after a few days.

I heard that it is a sake brewery of rice wine. The aroma has a strong sweetness. There is no fruitiness.
I thought it would be refreshing, but the aftertaste is typical of aluzoe. When the temperature rises, there is a pronounced alcoholic sensation and a sharp aftertaste. When you leave it in your mouth, it is very sticky.
I think it is worth the price. At first I thought it was a good value, but the sake is better overall.
Aisan 48
It smells like melon mist with sweet taste. It is refreshing and easy to drink. But it is getting thicker and thicker. It may not have the characteristics of Aisan. As the temperature rises, the sweetness that is typical of Aisan may come out.
The sweetness has increased. It is not suitable for food.

Aroma of 🍋. Clean and delicious taste. There is a sense of effervescence. It's not like Nagano. The aftertaste is the shortest of the day. It can be drunk by itself. It's good. But I wish Nagano sake was drier (selfishness).
Gohyakumangoku 55%.
I heard it was light nigori. It has a slightly sweet aroma, and the mouthfeel is delicious in a good way, without any Kuroryu feeling. In the middle to the aftertaste, it tastes like a kuroryu with a strong miscellaneous taste. The aftertaste is also quite chattering. It is delicious with a strong flavor. This is good!

A slight aroma of rice. It has a tangy taste unique to Tobiroki. When you roll it around in your mouth, the bitter taste spreads slowly. The aftertaste also remains softly. If you swallow it quickly, you can enjoy it by itself.
