My favorite Kido, shibata's be ambitious is only available at this time of year. The sweetness, aroma, and sharpness are all well integrated and delicious. Even though it is a Junmai Daiginjo, the price is great!

First Wind Forest Not as gassy as I imagined it would be. It has a nice sweet aroma, but the aftertaste is strong with alcohol. I didn't know Junmai-shu could have such a good aroma. The cost is good, so I'd like to try many different kinds.

The last time I drank Mutsu Hassen at a pub, it was so good that I bought it at a liquor store. Mutsu Hassen has a wonderful aroma. It tastes even better when you drink it in a wine glass. I want to try the origarami next time.
