It has a peach-like fruitiness, followed by a bitterness that comes through quickly. This is my favorite kind of sake, but I felt it deteriorated quickly after opening the bottle, so be careful.

This is the most impressive sake I've had recently. I still love its fruity and mellow sweetness. I can drink it just like that without any snacks.

I bought it at Aji no Machidaya. I can't stand the pleasant sweetness that spreads across my mouth. I very much regret that I should have bought Yamadanishiki 100% as well 😓.
