It's hard to get even new sake, Shinsei.
I'm thankful that I got it at a reasonable price!
The sake is great, but the food here is all delicious.

An appropriate sake to close out the year.
It has a sweetness at first, but with a crisp aftertaste and a sense of elegance.

This is the most impressive sake I've had recently. I still love its fruity and mellow sweetness. I can drink it just like that without any snacks.

Aisan 100% Junmai Daiginjo.
I bought it at Aji no Machidaya. I can't stand the pleasant sweetness that spreads across my mouth. I very much regret that I should have bought Yamadanishiki 100% as well 😓.
