It has a peach-like fruitiness, followed by a bitterness that comes through quickly. This is my favorite kind of sake, but I felt it deteriorated quickly after opening the bottle, so be careful.
Benten Gokujo Daiginjo Genshu
An appropriate sake to close out the year.
It has a sweetness at first, but with a crisp aftertaste and a sense of elegance.
Aisan 100% Junmai Daiginjo.
I bought it at Aji no Machidaya. I can't stand the pleasant sweetness that spreads across my mouth. I very much regret that I should have bought Yamadanishiki 100% as well 😓.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, a muscat-like aroma spreads across your nose, and you think it's sweet, but then you get a tangy finish. It's complex and interesting.
