It has been a long time since I had a sake from Toyama. It has a nice aroma of fresh sake. It is served cold. The yeast is still alive, and the unique sourness of the unpasteurized sake and the taste of the rice come afterwards. It's delicious.

This is the first label I saw in a liquor store. According to the clerk, those who know what they're talking about can smell a hint of strawberry. When I tried it, it was a sweet and delicious sake. Unfortunately, I couldn't detect any strawberry aroma. It went well with the rice, and we enjoyed it very much. I forgot to take a picture.

I bought it on a recommendation for heated sake, but I started with cold sake. When I tried it, it was indeed a light, dry sake. It has a crisp acidity rather than the sweetness of the rice. I think I can drink it without getting tired of it.

This sake is easy to drink. It is almost clear and clean sake with no corners. Just the right amount of rice flavor and cleanliness. It is delicious.

I bought this limited edition sake at Echigo Yuzawa in March last year for the Niigata Sake Festival. At first sip, it has a refreshing sour taste. But the taste of the rice is strong and delicious. It is more like a good combination of Junmai-shu and unfiltered Genshu rather than Junmai-Daiginjo. I am satisfied.

The March sake of the 12-month Kamizen-Yosui series. It is called Hanami sake. It looks clear and colorless at first glance, but the taste is surprisingly rich. I've always thought of Kamizen Nyosui as a light, smooth sake, but it was so rich and delicious!
