We got sake that goes well with horse meat at the same izakaya. Wakakoma Carnimaru. I was attracted by the name, the label, and the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The aroma is faintly of rice. It is really faint. The taste is quite crisp, contrary to my expectation. As it is unfiltered, you can taste everything at once. This is a sake for people who like sake. It is dry, but what can I say? It is a perfect food sake that goes well with meals. It enhances the taste of horse sashimi. It is a very good sake ^_^ Satisfied.

I had a bottle of Rokkasen. Well, it is dry. But without any unpleasant alcohol smell. It is light and does not interfere with food. If you like sweet sake, you may not like it. However, it goes great with rice (onigiri). It brings out the rice! Delicious.
