The alcohol is 16.2 degrees, but it's easy to drink. Rather than being refreshing, it's more like a plump, fruity flavor that spreads.

It's written "可" and read "beshi". According to the owner of the liquor store who recommended it to us, it is usually brewed with fire, but this is a special unpasteurized sake. The alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees, but it's so easy to drink that you can't help but drink more and more of it. (This is the shop where I bought it. The place where I drink it is at home)

I was hesitant to post this because technically it's not a sake (treated as a liqueur), but the company that makes it is a sake brewer. It's a blend of mead with wine to make it easier to drink. It's like a wine on the palate, with a mead (honey) aftertaste.
