A gift from the company. I was not very good at Yamahai, I was betrayed in a good way. It has a harmony of sweetness like ripe persimmon and gasiness. It is absurdly delicious. I will drink it with a plate of sashimi tonight 🍶.

Purchased at a liquor store in Aizuwakamatsu. The rice flavor is amazing! It's more sweet but not too sweet, It has a long aftertaste and makes you feel happy. A taste liked by all. Tonight, I will have a glass with chanja cream cheese and simmered gindara (cod).

Much delicious ❗ Update: May 13, 2024 This is the evaluation when the bottle has been open for about a month and the bottom of the bottle has been reached. It does not have the freshness of just after opening the bottle, but the taste has settled down and changed to a nice human body level. We will drink it with yellowtail and yellowtail kama tonight.
