When my brother came to visit me, this is the last drink I had.
It's a refreshing sake, so if you want to drink it, drink it in the second half. It goes well with blue fish!
The middle sake. I like the Junmai-shu with the blue label better than the Junmai-Ginjo with the red label. The blue label is thicker. My favorite at the moment!
I was surprised that the taste of the same brand can change so much. It is the sake which surprised me. The owner of the liquor store recommends this brand.
Middle of the picture. Anyway, it's easy to drink. Even a sake beginner can enjoy it.
Personally, I prefer a more robust sake flavor, so I'd like to try a different grade.
The second from the left. It says "dry", but I don't think it's that dry. People who drink sake for the first time can enjoy it. I heard that Tanaka Kakuei took this sake with him when he normalized diplomatic relations between Japan and China. It's delicious!
