I drank a bottle of Raku. It is sweet but not cloying, and has a long aftertaste. It was recommended to pair with sweet miso-based nameko mushrooms in Kyoto.
Clean and refreshing. Goes well with dishes with a little oil on them. It goes in smoothly, in a strange way. Personally, I would drink it after the second glass.

The one I drank this time seemed to have a good flavor. I felt that it was easy to drink even for beginners. When I drank it before, I thought it was sweeter than I expected, but my impression has changed.
A delicious taste. It was probably the richest I've ever had. But the aftertaste was clean and delicious. It was my favorite flavor, and I hope to encounter it again.
