Only a little bit of color! It's so thick! It feels thick! I think I like it! I was attracted by the unfiltered unpasteurized sake! It's so thick! It has a strange habit rather than fruity! Sesame? It's an interesting type of sake!

I thought it would be more fruity-sweet! But I'm happy with my choice because it's my first drink and a little refreshing would be nice! Not too spicy, but soft!

flower petals (esp. petals of family Hydrophilidae) Haha! Such an unexpected place! Not too sweet as I thought! But here it is~ Tropical Lung! This stability even after drinking! Not just sweet, but tropical acidity! Not quite subtle, but this distinct characteristic! I like its strength too!

Kouei Chrysanthemum Lake of Happiness -Lacus Felicitatis- Madeira Barrel Aged Aged in Madeira barrels I thought it was a bourbon whiskey barrel! It is so thick and rich, with a sweetness at the end. I heard that this sake brewery originally made white, acidic sake. They also make this kind of sake! The long-awaited series of barrel-aged sake from Koei-Kiku, which aims to "create a new world of sake never before seen in the world," is finally being released simultaneously. ◆Madeira barrels: These barrels are derived from Madeira wine in Portugal and are characterized by a sweet, dense aroma of ripe dried fruits. It has a slight caramelized bitterness and a long, lingering finish. ◆Pedro Ximenez Casks: Casks of Pedro Ximenez (PX), a very sweet Spanish sherry. The deep brown sugar-like richness and the rich sweetness of raisins and prunes are blended into sake, giving it a rich dessert wine-like finish. ◆Oloroso casks: We use casks from Oloroso, a dry Spanish sherry. The aroma of roasted nuts, honey and vanilla is impressive. The moderately rich and dry finish gives a firm structure to the luscious impression.

The aroma sounds sweet! When you drink it, it's spicy! It's sweet at first, but spicy! I wonder if it's the spiciness of the micro-foam, but it has a very spicy aftertaste! Tingling! It was Brooklyn Kra! Hakkaisan made in the U.S.A!

Keitora Koshino It is a refreshing type! It's a little habitual for a moment? I thought it was, but it disappeared! The spiciness is mild before the spiciness! It's a bit spicy at the maxillary tip of the mouth, but maybe it's mellow at the back of the maxilla!

Tasake, wow, you are so fucking dorky... 🌹laughs It's so gentle! Sweet but not throaty, beautifully clear! Slightly oaky... no, not that strong, The sweetness spreads to the side! I wonder if it's the whiteness of the sweetness that precedes it, like powdered sugar? LOL! I wonder what it is...it spreads to my upper jaw when I put it in my mouth...a sense of rice wine! LOL! I wonder if it's something unique to Tasake, like it would be Shinmasa if it were more oar-like. But I guess I like it because it has that unique sweetness even though it lingers on the tongue, even though it has a tanginess at the end...!

Goldfish Wow long time no see! It's summer! Light and refreshing! But not too much! Slightly sweet? There is also a summery fruity flavor! It's still a summer sake! LOL But is it a little juicier than the image of summer sake?

Not too sweet, but fruity too! It's like a good bubbly! It's so easy to drink and it goes fast! Not a dessert type! Refreshing and perfect for a toast ✨ But then it was very thick at the end! I should have turned it upside down at first...! I wonder if it would have been sweeter from the start?

Yamamoto. Is this a pure black sake brewery? Nice first attack! Fruity? I like it. Fruity when it comes back! The sweetness isn't there, but the aroma is good enough to drink! It's not too spicy! I think I can feel the sweetness in the aftertaste because it's fruity! So I decided on Kimi for the last sip of the drinking contest: !!!!
