99 Sweeter than expected? But it's peculiar! Lastly, it has a peculiar taste! Not heavy like red rice! It has a sour taste, which is good! Differentiation by using 99% koji. A new taste sensation brought out by the power of koji. You can feel the difference in just one sip. Midori 99% Koji" is a sake made with 99% koji, but with a light, easy-to-drink finish. The first sip has a deep sweet and sour taste produced by the koji, and the aftertaste is refreshing, like running through a meadow. We recommend drinking it on the rocks when the weather gets warmer. The sake's original flavor is still there, but the alcohol content is reduced and the sake can be drunk quickly and easily. Therefore, we recommend this sake for those who are not yet accustomed to drinking sake. Compared to the standard 99, the difference in taste is even more pronounced, allowing you to experience the depth of koji even more deeply.
