First Kuheiji The image I had was white wine, so it didn't have the winey feel I was expecting. Even after a few hours, it kept its plump sweetness, so you can enjoy it just by drinking it! No, no, no... hot fried swordfish tuna & yellowtail with grainy mustard on top - with caprese, etc. It also goes well with acidity... It is a wine with a wide range of uses! I thought Manjukagami was a better match for sashimi!

Acquired on a trip to Nara It's so easy to drink! I compared it with Kamonishiki Marubin, so it was more pronounced... I had it with Kurobuta bento lunch box, scallops, mussels and octopus stewed in sweet and spicy sauce.... It goes well with strong flavored food. I ate too much because I could reset after drinking!

Obtained at Niigata Sake-no-jin Clear, with an image of melted snow. We compared it with Harushika's ultra-hot sake, so we could feel its fullness when we put it on our tongues. lightly simmered herring and wild vegetables - together with simmered bamboo shoots, konnyaku balls and boiled egg (there are a lot of simmered dishes)

Memoirs of Hokkaido I went to Hakodate to help my family move. This is the recommended dish to go with the live squid! Too bad I didn't take a picture... It was so good, and I was so deeply impressed! It was an unforgettable first drink!

We visited a brewery within walking distance from Niigata Station! A bottle recommended by the owner Aged Sasanishiki sake! It has a sweetness like old-fashioned candy and not so much acidity! Delicious! With Shinshu miso cheese!

Kagawa Trip First Kinryo Visited Konpira Shrine and got some at the nearby Kinryo no Sato I learned a lot at the sake museum. The junmai sake we drank at the izakaya seemed to have a strong acidity, but the koan was mellow. The design of the sake cup was cute!
