I got it at Ashikaga Flower Park🌸 I'm the type of person who buys these meek things when I go to tourist attractions... The bottle is wisteria-colored, but the sake is of course clear and colorless. I wondered about the aroma of this junmai ginjo, but there wasn't much. The taste...well, to be honest, it's not enough. But it looks cute and makes you feel like you've enjoyed sightseeing! It makes me feel like I've enjoyed sightseeing! I'll keep wandering around to find a touristy sake like this but super tasty one day. I'll never stop buying it.

Ts, finally 、、、、、 I've been longing for... brewer kuheiji I got it !!!!! I've been looking for a bottle for a long time, but I couldn't find it. Finally...I got my wish and had it brought to a home party 😭🙏🙏. First of all, the smell is amazing. When I opened the bottle, the aroma came out. Is there some kind of fruit in this? It's like a muscat aroma is wafting out of the bottle 🥺. I was about to ascend to heaven from the aroma alone, but then I came back to life and took a sip. Slightly effervescent, moderately carbonated, and sweet, yet refreshing. Even when you drink it, you can still smell the muscat, and it is very elegant and not intrusive. I was surprised that the taste did not change at all even after a few days of opening the bottle. It has a strong backbone. I got the impression that it is elegant, yet has a thick core. I've been feeling sick lately and haven't been able to drink... so I'm going to drink when I can.

Sightseeing during Golden Week. Purchased at AMISU, Kurokabe Square. There are two types of Junmai Ginjo Nagahama, the same brand name brewed by two different breweries. It is an interesting sake to enjoy the difference in how rice grown in the same rice paddies is brewed! This is the Tomita Shuzo version. Compare the two and be amazed! What a difference with the same rice! The Tomita Shuzo version has a spicy flavor with a hint of pepper...! This is delicious. I feel like the expression changes with each sip. Maybe it's the spiciness. If the Yamaoka Shuzo version is more of a carefree taste, I think the Tomita Shuzo version is more of an "oh wow" experience. It was also supreme to compare the different personalities.

It is easy to drink and has a full flavor and richness that is typical of sake. It was more enjoyable than the other version by Tomita Shuzo, which is a more straightforward sake. It is not pretentious, but rather straightforward and honest.

Family-in-law series 🍶. The taste was doubled when I drank this sake while listening to the story of this sake from my father-in-law. There is a lake in Omihachiman, a water village, called Lake Nishi-no-ko, which is close to Lake Biwa, but not attached to Lake Biwa. After the war, the land was reclaimed and turned into rice paddies to expand the farmland, but after a while the land was abandoned. The sake brewery, local students, and others worked together to revive the rice paddies. The sake rice "Shiga Watabune No. 6" was grown and brewed into "Gonza. I only heard this story from my father-in-law, so I am not sure how much of it is true. I just googled it and found out that "Gonza" is the name of a rice field in an enclave on a lake in the west. Looks like a floating island. It is a limited sake because it can only be planted in a limited area, so the harvest is limited and it is hard to find outside of the prefecture, etc. The taste is full of sake flavor! The ginjo aroma was rich and full, with a refreshing feeling that did not make me tired of drinking, which made me drink more sake. I was disappointed that I did not know when the bottle was opened and that I drank it at room temperature, so next time I would like to open the bottle myself and drink it chilled 🥺.

Corkscrew series at my parents-in-law's house 🍶. Bought a bottle at Ryuoh Kagami-no-Sato roadside station 👀. I was really excited about it, but... it seems to be a type of sake that doesn't taste very good...? I used to drink this type of sake a lot in the past. It tasted like this. I served it with Omi beef sukiyaki, but the Omi beef was too juicy and I think I lost it. I guess Omi Sake Brewery's cat sake is very popular! I didn't come across it this time, so I'll buy some next time I see it.

We opened a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo, by far the most expensive looking Junmai Daiginjo in a leather bag! My mother was visiting, so I took the opportunity to bring it out and open it. I got the impression that the fruitiness became stronger after the second day than right after opening the bottle. I'm drinking an expensive Junmai Daiginjo. !!!! It has a lot of easy-to-understand ginjo flavor. It would be served as an aperitif before a French course. Toyo Bijin has a lot of gentle sakes, don't you think? I started drinking a lot of Toyo Bijin because of "Bijin Buri", a brand of yellowtail eating Toyo Bijin's sake lees, and so far I have the impression that it is "gentle" ☺️.

I caught a cold and was forced to abstain from alcohol. It's been a long time since I've posted anything 🥺 (I know no one is waiting for me). This is my first time to drink Kuroryu. It's a freshly squeezed ginjo-genshu from spring. I was expecting it to taste a little more fresh and clear, and was thinking that it tasted like ordinary sake, but then I thought, "What? But then I realized, "Oh, no, it's just like regular sake. But then I realized that I had drunk the entire bottle. It was light and did not interfere with the meal, nor did it unnecessarily enhance the meal, but rather served its role as an accompaniment to the meal. It's like it's a good drink without any decoration. It's not like it's trying to make a statement, "It's good! It is the kind of sake that you should always have in your refrigerator on a daily basis, even though it doesn't make a strong statement about how good it is. That's why I'm really curious about another Kuroryu! I bet it must be good!

Beautiful yellowtail. It is a kind of farmed brand yellowtail, which is very fatty and tasty. The yellowtail eat sakekasu (sake lees), and the sakekasu is from Toyo Bijin. I had always wanted to try it because I had heard that Toyo Bijin is a famous sake brewer in Japan. I finally got to meet her, and it was nice to meet her. One sip, and what? Surprisingly, I was surprised by its orthodox texture. I had a preconceived notion that there was something more distinctive about it, but it is an unadorned type of deliciousness. So your master is the brewer of "Jyushidai"? I want to write something about how that kind of connection also affects the taste, but where the heck is Jyushidai sold! The sake rice called Sake Mirai was also produced by the brewery of Jyushidai. Huh. Jyushidai is amazing. I've become curious about Jyushidai. I bought another bottle of Toyo Bijin as well, so I'm looking forward to drinking that one too.

I'd like to drink that "arabashiri", my favorite Matsu no Tsukasa by association!!! So, I popped it in. But when I read the description carefully > The name "Arabashiri" comes from the fact that this junmai ginjo is the first sake of the year to be released from the brewery, not from the pressing stage. Not so-called "arabashiri"! I realized after opening the bottle 🥺. I took a sip, feeling a little down. What the hell is this! Is it a white wine? It has a fresh muscat-like fruitiness, doesn't it? I'm not sure if my taste buds would be able to distinguish it from a white wine if they were to check the rating. Then, on the second day, I began to feel a sake-like alcohol taste that I had not felt on the first day. And a little bit of a bubbly feeling. Strange. It was a strange feeling, like a natural but not natural impression that sake is still alive. I'm rooting for Matsu no Tsukasa and will keep drinking it!!!

Nice to meet you, Wind Forest I've been wanting to drink! Shuwaku shuwaku. This is the first time I've had nama-zake since I learned about the classification of sake. I only thought of it as sake that was chilled in the refrigerator... And even so, it's the most fizzy sake I've ever had. I didn't realize it was a micro-foam...it is clearly fizzy. The fizz also spreads the flavor of the sake in the mouth, and the mellowness, complexity, and fizz are all mixed up together...it's really good. I learn that this is the taste of sake that is popular nowadays. It is delicious. On the second day, the fizz settles down a bit and the taste of the sake becomes stronger. The flavor is coming through. I am looking forward to the next day and beyond.

Jacket 🌸 It's hard to tell the color in this picture, but the bottle is a lovely pale cherry color. The label is also spring-like, but the color of the bottle made me fall in love with it. There was a time when I thought it didn't matter what it looked like. Looks are important, right? I think the excitement and imagination before drinking directly affects the sake experience. And when I poured it, of course it was not pink, it was clear and colorless, clear and usual sake. But for some reason, it gives the illusion of being lightly cherry-red. One sip and it's spring! I heard that the cherry blossoms bloomed in Tokyo today. I'm enjoying the season. The taste is fresh and light. If you open it under a cherry blossom tree, you can imagine how dangerous it is. It's like a complex taste blooms in your mouth for a moment, but it's light. That's why I keep pouring it again. I shouldn't. I wish I could go cherry blossom viewing. Before Corona, I was still young, and beer was the only thing that I liked when I thought of Hanami. But now that I am older, I would love to spread out a blue sheet with a bottle of sake like this and drink it while basking in the energetic sun. I drink it at home with no decoration as a food sake with such a fantasy.

I have a side of being a meeja, but to be honest, this is the one I always wanted to drink because I like Kuranosuke Sasaki 🥺. What a unique encounter for a telecommuting mom to discover it at Seiyu Net Super. And it's a 300ml bottle! I'm always drinking mostly by myself, so the smaller bottles make me happier! But! When I opened the bottle, it was too much and 300 was not enough! It's kind of like an orthodox sake! The fruity quality of the ginjo is subdued for a junmai ginjo, or perhaps it's a full commitment to elegance. As one would expect from a Kyoto sake, and as one would expect from Kuranosuke Sasaki's family's sake... The taste of sake can be felt on the tongue, but it also goes down the throat nicely. It has a strong presence as a food sake, and it enhances the food. As a result, 300 is not enough 😭 but it's better than drinking too much (I've been seriously gaining weight lately). So I drank too much recently and I tried my best to suppress my desire to drink and split it into three days, but on the third day I cried because there were only a few sparrows left. I wonder if 720ml is the right size.

One sip and you'll be amazed! It's fizzing! The taste...is this what sake is supposed to taste like? It has a full-bodied flavor. It tastes just like the label says. Even more shocking, the second day after opening the bottle, it tasted different! The fizz settled down and the taste became more robust, mellow and heavy. Sake is interesting. Because we drink it at home, we can enjoy the changes that occur after the bottle is opened. I'd like to try different kinds of sake, but I'm worried about shipping costs if I mail order, and I can't find a good sake shop in my neighborhood... I wonder what everyone else is doing...

Jackets🥺🌸 It's spring, and I wanted to drink something spring-like... I finally learned a little about sake, and just as I was discovering the existence of namacho, I came across it. My first experience with Namacho? It was easy to drink, but not light. It had a complex flavor, yet it was not dull or stale, and I could go on and on drinking it. I want to know more about different kinds of sake 🥺 and I want to have a vocabulary for sake, and I want to have a palate that understands the taste...

These days, I feel depressed that war really does happen. I have no choice but to drink. I can't even go out, so when I found out that Kakuyasu was doing Uber Eats, I was delighted and bought this. My senior gourmet recommended it to me, so I immediately bought it. It's just plain good. I'm not sure if it's good enough to leave a lasting impression. I finished it in about three days. Thank you for the delicious sake. I didn't know there was such a social networking site, so I joined for the first time. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.
