The nickname "Momoten" makes me want to drink it already 🍑. It was lightly cloudy and had some lees, so I let it rise and fall slightly before opening the bottle, and for the first time in sake, the cork popped 😂 Is it sparkling wine? When I actually drank it, I was surprised at the fizzing! I was surprised at how fizzy it was when I drank it! I thought there might be white grapes in the ingredients. It's sweet on top of that. It is a delicious juice. It's perfect before a meal, but it's so delicious that I also guzzled it down during a meal. It's horrible.

I am a Hokkaido girl, so I am actively promoting Hokkaido sake! But I have yet to drink most of them, and Niseko is new to me: ☺️ I have the impression that Hokkaido's sake is somewhat sharp. This one is just as voluptuous as the others, but has a crisp, clean taste that gives you a strong sense of satisfaction on your tongue. This kind of sake is easy to pair with anything as a food sake. Thanks to this, I finished it quickly. I want to drink another one!

My first Sentori, I bought a packet and upon closer inspection, it was a UNITED ARROWS collaboration! That UNITED ARROWS was making sake? But it was indeed a cool bottle that made me buy the jacket! So I took a sip with a hint of apprehension, wondering how it would taste. This is delicious, easy to drink, and has a refreshing sweetness that disappears easily. Just the way I like it! I mean, the rice polishing ratio is 90%? It's so fruity, you'd think it was a junmai ginjo or daiginjo, or polished to perfection. I still don't know anything about sake. I want to try some orthodox Sengoku too!

What in the world happens when junmai daiginjo is aged? I bought it out of complete curiosity. But the taste is surprisingly ordinary Junmai Daiginjo! I wondered if it would be more distinctive. I thought it would be more characteristic, but this one is not so peculiar and tastes just fine. If I had to say so, I would say that the alcohol taste is a little strong. I also feel the texture is a bit heavy. Rather than a smooth drink, it is more of a slow and steady type. The description says to enjoy the changes in flavor after opening the bottle, so I've been sipping it slowly. How will it change?

As a native of Hokkaido, I'm a big supporter of Hokkaido sake, but I've never been able to buy any! But on my recent trip home, I finally got my first Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery! I was so excited that I splurged on the flagship Comet Black Label! The taste was...is there such a thing as a light Junmai Daiginjo? The aroma was gorgeous, but refreshing, not too spicy, but on the dry side. It was unexpected. I don't think it is a trendy taste, but it was a taste that made me feel the firm determination that this is our taste. I am curious to try other sake, so I will order from Hokkaido from now on.

I was excited about when I was going to drink it, thinking it was sake for Hare no Hi, but a coworker came over to our house for the first time in a while, so I opened it: ☺️ This really tastes like Hare! Soft, soft, moderately sweet, with a hint of effervescence, the three of us opened it in about an hour 🥺umashi🥺.

I forgot to take a picture... Someone brought a bottle from his parents' house in Mie, which made me very happy. It is an orthodox Junmai Daiginjo, but not too gorgeous, which is good for a meal. It's a brand you don't see around here very often, so I'm very happy to be able to drink it ☺️.

I forgot to take a picture!!! What a lucky, fully reserved sake that you squeeze on New Year's Day and it arrives the next day 😭🙏🙏. It's too easy to drink...and too congratulatory...it's fresh but has a proper ginjo aroma, but not too sweet and not too spicy.... It's just so easy to drink. It's just so easy to drink. And it goes well with Osechi. It's horrible! I think I've gained so much weight!

I think this may be my favorite drink in the history of my life... The balance of everything is just too good... Not too sweet, not too spicy, full of aftertaste but not too much, full of umami but not too assertive... I was about to open 720ml by myself if I left it unattended. It was too risky. It was my first Akamu and I can't wait to try another one!

Good evening, Koropon 😃. If this is your first akabu, you may not be able to find another one that surpasses it 😆.

All Akabu's are good, but I wouldn't repeat the low al seasonal brews 😅. The regular and newborn series are delicious 😋.
