Beautiful yellowtail.
It is a kind of farmed brand yellowtail, which is very fatty and tasty.
The yellowtail eat sakekasu (sake lees), and the sakekasu is from Toyo Bijin. I had always wanted to try it because I had heard that Toyo Bijin is a famous sake brewer in Japan. I finally got to meet her, and it was nice to meet her.
One sip, and what? Surprisingly, I was surprised by its orthodox texture. I had a preconceived notion that there was something more distinctive about it, but it is an unadorned type of deliciousness.
