I'd like to drink that "arabashiri", my favorite Matsu no Tsukasa by association!!! So, I popped it in.
But when I read the description carefully
> The name "Arabashiri" comes from the fact that this junmai ginjo is the first sake of the year to be released from the brewery, not from the pressing stage.
Not so-called "arabashiri"! I realized after opening the bottle 🥺.
I took a sip, feeling a little down. What the hell is this! Is it a white wine? It has a fresh muscat-like fruitiness, doesn't it? I'm not sure if my taste buds would be able to distinguish it from a white wine if they were to check the rating.
Then, on the second day, I began to feel a sake-like alcohol taste that I had not felt on the first day. And a little bit of a bubbly feeling. Strange. It was a strange feeling, like a natural but not natural impression that sake is still alive.
I'm rooting for Matsu no Tsukasa and will keep drinking it!!!
