It's hard to tell the color in this picture, but the bottle is a lovely pale cherry color. The label is also spring-like, but the color of the bottle made me fall in love with it. There was a time when I thought it didn't matter what it looked like. Looks are important, right? I think the excitement and imagination before drinking directly affects the sake experience.
And when I poured it, of course it was not pink, it was clear and colorless, clear and usual sake. But for some reason, it gives the illusion of being lightly cherry-red.
One sip and it's spring!
I heard that the cherry blossoms bloomed in Tokyo today. I'm enjoying the season.
The taste is fresh and light. If you open it under a cherry blossom tree, you can imagine how dangerous it is. It's like a complex taste blooms in your mouth for a moment, but it's light. That's why I keep pouring it again. I shouldn't.
I wish I could go cherry blossom viewing. Before Corona, I was still young, and beer was the only thing that I liked when I thought of Hanami. But now that I am older, I would love to spread out a blue sheet with a bottle of sake like this and drink it while basking in the energetic sun. I drink it at home with no decoration as a food sake with such a fantasy.
